All Gift Certificates (a.k.a. Gift Cards) are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Any balance that remains on a Gift Certificate will not be available for use after the Certificate’s expiry date. Only original authorised Gift Certificates will be accepted and must be presented in-store in order to be redeemed. Please treat your Gift Certificate like cash. Lost or stolen Certificates will not be replaced or refunded. Discounted Gift Certificates can only be used toward new purchases and may only be used toward full priced items. Images of sample Gift Certificates are indicative of the physical card, downloadable Gift Certificate's designs will look different to the sample provided. If you wish to have the physical card delivered to an address, please order at least 10 business days prior to the date needed to ensure delivery
